Peru in the middle part of South America is the country of the Incan and Andes Civilizations, and there is a number of heritages including Machupicchu and Nazca so that the place has become a center of archaeological study. Among them, the Nazca plain drawings are very famous: there are numerous huge geometrical drawings such as various animals. Their length reaches 120 meters. These are unable to be recognized on the land. Their whole figures can be seen only from the sky in the airplane.

A Raelian member investigating the Nazca Plain told about his experience.

“At that time, I took a light airplane and observed the whole Nazca Plain from the sky. Then I could witness something strange at an area where so-called “Humming Bird” was drawn. Most of normal mountains have a peak, however, that area seemed to be bulldozed out, and the drawing was on there. I got curiosity so I asked the pilot to fly to there, and compared it with other mountains. The peak certainly seemed to have been bulldozed out by some artificial means. I asked him again to approach to it. And I watched carefully the slopes. I saw lumps of rock at the edge of the plain. So I had to conclude that the edge was melted and set.”

An assumption: “A highly-civilized intelligent ones used some kind of cutter to bulldoze out the mountain peak and drew the Humming Bird on the plain.”

The team plans to go to Nazca for investigating the mystery.
