Buddhism precisely predicts the spiritual leader's appearance date, place, and process in detail. According to the MaitreyaScripture, society and people become wicked and endless disasters occur, then the world will draw to an end. Yet among the situation, a new rule reforming the principle of cause and effect and the ideal leader, the Maitreya, will appear to guide the world. Also it predicts an age of scientific civilization. And the Buddhist Scripture says that people harvest rice without planting, women get married when they are 500 years old. Also, the scripture adds about universe, traffic, and transmission. Someone indicates the modern Internet culture is represented by Intarah net which was already predicted in the Buddhist scripture. In the Bible, for the omen of Messiah(Maitreya), confusions will break out, and then each races and each nations will conflict, and earthquake and famine may occur. And it says about the scientific civilization, fertilization of desert, intercontinental wireless transmission, and life span increasing, which are similar to that of Buddhism. And it adds that something strange (UFOs) will appear in the sky, The appearance of UFOs are recorded in various Scriptures, but in the ancient view, they are just the revealing of god, not the flying object. Because they didn’t know the modern technology such as an airplane, automobile, and computer, they recorded the flying object as a mysterious one in their own view. It is certain that the modern civilization are advancing, and the development of biology, mechanical and electronic technology promotes our living quality. But in spite of its richness, human life has problems caused from the disharmony between spirit and matter, the busy daylife, the introspective and cold society, the corruption of religion, the old ethics, the conflicts, the terrorism and war, the pollution, etc. Traditional religions try to resolve these problems but the religions based on obsolete ethics cannot give an answer what to do. In the other hand, the Buddhism finds a new way how to develop spirituality and to reflect on oneself. Because Buddhism is not the religion of god nor soul, the Westerners think it as a philosophy of life. According to recent statistics there are over 480 Buddhist temples and 1.2 million believers in Britain, and over 600 Buddhist temples and 2 million believers in France. America also has many Buddhists and the number is increasing. To see in the historical view, the essential momentum of history is spirituality. Buddha and Jesus had introduced their philosophies and ideas to humanity and led us with new spirituality. Mankind are now in the 21th century and we are going to meet the Golden Age, however, most people can’t see well the direction of civilization. Thus, humanity may destroy themselves by a nuclear war as the Elohim has warned. Humanity are not prepared for the new order of a new scientific civilization. For this time we need a global spiritual leader who will lead us to the new paradigm of philosophy which is different from traditional ethics. Polly Toynbee, a historian and futurologist, said “I think a new international ideology or religion will appear.
